Dr. Glyne A. Griffith II holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree specializing in Organizational Leadership, a Masters in Entertainment Business, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. He is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) with additional certifications in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Social Impact Partnerships. Griffith is recognized as a cultural influencer and a motivational leader. CIO Views Magazine named him to its list of the Most Inspiring DE&I Leaders to follow in 2023, and Brotha Magazine honored him as one of the 25 Most Influential Men of the Year in 2023. He is a collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal skills who excels in cultivating cross-functional relationships among diverse internal stakeholders at all levels of an organization, from the CEO to entry-level employees. He possesses a diverse professional background spanning various industries and organizations, such as General Motors, Nissan, Broadcast Music Incorporated, SiriusXM, AT&T Performing Arts Center, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, where he currently serves as Vice President of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Social Impact. Among his most cherished roles, however, is that of a husband and father of two.

A life-long arts and entertainment enthusiast with tangible music business experience and a songwriting background that includes original songs featured on top Billboard charting projects. Griffith believes his purpose is to be a force for good, leaving a legacy of excellence, inspiration, joy, and positive impact in his personal and professional life. For Griffith, the idea of being a blessing to others is fundamental.

Dr. Griffith is a firm believer in the power of arts & entertainment and leveraging its universal nature to unify, break down barriers, and promote positive societal change. This belief served as the inspiration for Dr. Griffith to establish G.Favored Entertainment Group, and serves as the imprint for all of his endeavors related to arts & entertainment.
